Presently Working with Optimum Solutions Pte. Ltd. as a Consultant, a total of 5.5 years of work experience with 3.5 years on Lotus Notes and Domino.
Currently positioned on Professional Services contract at Motorola Innovation Center, Singapore developing intranet applications for Knowledge sharing and workflow.
Recently developed an application to automate publishing of excel sheets to a domino based intranet using LotusScript and OLE.
Currently developing a next generation workflow system which will have a business rules and organization structure independent workflow so that changes in business rules and organization structure can be incorporated without developer intervention.
The products used in the current project are Lotus Notes and Domino Release 5, Excel integration through OLE (LotusScript), e-Suite Dev-Pack Java Applets and JavaScript. |

This is one of the Multimedia Super Corridor projects of Malaysia Government. Transfer of Technology (TOT) to Fujitsu developers and Govt. Staff was my primary responsibility. I was also involved in reviewing the Design and Test Plans to suggest improvements and present the changes to the government for their approval.
Noticeable achievements on this project include:
In a span of 45 days training the govt. staff to be as good as a main stream developers on Notes Basics, @commands/functions and LotusScript.
Completed analysis, design and prototyping of 4 support modules of the project along with the TOT. |

Completed a comprehensive security and design overview and reported numerous security holes and design improvements
Successfully presented to the Govt. to replace the Robo-Help software with Notes based help application
Provided context sensitive help interface from TeamWare Flow frontend (VB) to Notes based help database. |

KRIBHCO has its cooperatives spread all over the country, trying to fulfill its commitment in strengthening and promoting the cause of modern agriculture and the agricultural cooperatives in the country.
The first phase of this project entails automating the complete Human Resource function starting with Leave Application and an Employee FAQ Help-Desk. Currently the Leave Application module has been developed and is in the process of being implemented. This application interfaces with the existing Oracle employee database at KRIBHCO using ODBC drivers. |
